Yummy Yummy Yummy ...

...I got love in my tummy.

I have decided that in addition to my general blog I wanted to start adding recipes, then I though it would be easier to have a separate blog that is dedicated to cooking, that way people who are interested can steal (guilt free) my recipes and those who aren't interested in what's for dinner don't have to ever know what I'm forcing (he actually inhales most of it on his own I don't even have to ask if he likes it) down Mr. Murphy's throat.

Today's recipe is SUPER easy, which is exactly how I like to cook. It's called Pepperjack Chicken, though we decided we prefer provolone cheese so we substitute the Pepperjack with provolone. The best past, it only calls for 3 ingredients: Chicken breasts, bbq sauce, and cheese.

First you start with some boneless skinless chicken breasts
Next you cut through the middle of each piece of chicken and stuff with provolone cheese (or which ever cheese you prefer) and seal the chicken shut with toothpicks or skewers like so:
Next you'll want to place the chicken in a frying pan and cover until the juices run clear.
Then you will continuously baste the chicken with bbq sauce until the chicken is completely cooked. Once it is completely cooked through you're done! Remove the toothpicks carefully and enjoy with the sides of your choice.
